Can I use this service from outside Turkey?
Yes — this is exactly what the service is designed for. The majority of our clients live outside Turkey. We receive documents by post from Germany, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Switzerland, the US and many other countries.
Do I need to send the original document?
For apostille, usually yes — original documents are required. For sworn translation, a high-resolution scan is often sufficient. Send us a photo of your document on WhatsApp and we'll confirm immediately.
What if I need a document from Turkey (not just apostille)?
We can also help you obtain documents from Turkish civil registry, social security (SGK) or courts on your behalf. A power of attorney is usually required for this — we'll explain the options.
How long does the whole process take?
Courier from abroad to Ankara: 3-7 business days (1-2 by DHL Express). Processing in Ankara: 2-5 business days depending on service. We give you a complete timeline before you send anything.
