This page is for UAE formation agents, PRO offices, and corporate service providers sending Turkish documents through Ankara. It does not replace UAE embassy document attestation.

What to put in the instruction
Mainland vs free zone vs visa file, Arabic vs English (do not assume), whether the POA holder is already outside Turkey, and whether a diploma is in the same pack. Diplomas are slower because of YÖK — they are not “the POA timeline plus one day.”

Frequently asked questions
Does the UAE accept a Turkish apostille?
No. The UAE is not a Hague party for this purpose. The file needs Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval and UAE Embassy attestation in Ankara.
Should we use the embassy page or the POA cluster?
The embassy page is the all-document country service. The POA cluster is the confirmed power-of-attorney chain only. Do not copy the embassy 6–10 day table onto the POA file.
Is a company POA the same as a personal POA?
Not automatically. Tell us whether the instrument is a personal vekaletname or a company authorization, and which UAE authority will file it. We confirm sequence before translation.
